I'm a Filipina! I just came from a "World Feast" in Oudenaarde Belgium - 2012, and found out that Chicken Biriyani was the most delicious meal on that event. So, when I came home I opened youtube and looked for Biriyani, but this Pilau Rice has caught my attention 'coz it's not only special, it also is presentable...I'll try this recipe at home at a party!
