In the above video, I have shown the original and genuine recipe of Kabuli pulao. Kabuli pulao is also called Afghani Pulao in several areas. This rice dish is made with fewer spices and beef. In namak mandi Peshawar this pulao is very famous due to its very unique salty and sweet flavour.

Beef Meat-2kg
Rice Soaked-1.5kg
Salt-2.5tsp
Water-3ltrs
Cumin-2tbs
Black Cardamom-2pcs
Carrots-250gms
Onion-5medium
Tomato-3medium
Resins-150gms
Ghee/Oil-250gms
Utensils:
Pot to cook rice
pan to cook vegetables (topping)
