    I’m excited to see where this goes! I have a ‘75 Super La Grande with the Bosch L-jet fuel injection. Needs some work but I’m slowly getting it!

    That engine decent sand engine smooth put brown rusty protection rust oleum on it then paint over it and fix it depending how bad it is can even sand gears pant them the same

    Dual relief 40 I would bore the cylinders and put it to a bigger motor. good for upgrading.

      Unfortunately, looks like someone’s already done that. I wanted to use this case to build a copycat Super 90. 83 x 76. Won’t be able to now with the spigots bored out

    I checked the site you listed and could not find where you ran the numbers to find out the information about the chassis and engine.

      *make sure you select Type 1 if searching for a beetle, these options are at the top of the page, just under the menu options bar*
      >these numbers are by PRODUCTION YEAR not model year. Anything built after August is the following model year. Example: build date 10/63 is a 1964 model. All the numbers listed are the LAST units built that month. So you’re looking for the range your number falls into to determine build date
