R179 on the Rockaway Park Shuttle

A set of R46’s normally used for the Rockaway Park shuttle was taken OOS for unknown reasons, causing them to use one of Pitkin’s R179’s. The RPS is always assigned one R179, but it is never used. Here’s 3030-3034 in OPTO seevice for the shuttle!
