- The channel has been running for just over a year and I have lots of plans for it coming in 2024. This is a quick chatty update about those changes, along with future content plans! I forgot to add that I have sponsored yarn giveaway in April's podcast to celebrate one year of this channel 🥳

SUMMARY OF CHANGES:
- There will be no videos uploading throughout the rest of March and the first half of April due to moving house.
- There will be more VLOG style content, alongside the usual tutorials and podcasts.
- The VLOGs will cover my creating my dream craft including stash busting, making a handmade wardrobe, and trying new crafts.

So I’m pretty new to your channel and you just mentioned you have a chronic illness. Well I do too. It’s been going on now for about 20+ years. It’s more than one thing so I won’t drag you down with the details. However, you just said you are socially isolated because of it. So am I. Just today I had to cancel a date with my best friend. She’s so understanding. She’s been through this journey with me. I’m so happy that vlogging makes you feel better because I am very much enjoying your content. Looking forward to your return but don’t get stressed out about your move and settling up your craft room. It will all come together. Enjoy the process.
So sorry you’re going through this too, but thankyou for your comment - it makes me feel less alone. It seems that there are quite a lot of us in the yarn community and I’m so very grateful I have crochet and knitting to help me through. Glad you have a supportive best friend, it really does help ❤️
People who don’t suffer from illness don’t get how exhausting it is. I suffered with chronic pain for a year (thankfully I healed) but that year was so hard. I can totally see why you feel isolated. But we are here for you! Can’t wait for this content ❤

Congrats on your craft room! That is my dream, as well! You are so adorable. I am fairly new to crochet - about a year since my first project. Aww, this all sounds wonderful!! Your enthusiasm and excitement is joyous to see 🥰 I have only been crocheting for 18months and started due to having long covid, now like ME/CFS. I needed a hobby that didn't exhaust me too much and also something to make me feel productive and useful and crochet has helped me so much. I totally get the feelings of isolation, it is crippling living with chronic fatigue and unable to live the sponaneous life we once did. Saying that, its content like yours that cheers me up and in a weird way makes me feel connected.
Take it steady with the move and the craft room planning. I am sure you'll make it a beautiful space. Take care of you too. X

To help people, to bring colour and joy to people's lives, to connect with people like me. I'm a fellow long covid sufferer and a lot of what you said resonated with me. IKEA Kallax are wonderful for organizing yarn and notions! There are inserts if you want, or you can just stack yarn on itself.
I’ve been eyeing one up and think I’m going to go for it! I love the baskets that fit in it too

Exciting times, right?!! A craft room 😲 oh my days, dream of dreams! And altho walls lined with beautiful old haberdashers polished wooden display cabinets with glass fronted drawers and brass fittings would be incredible, I'm certain the ikea kallax units would do a far far better job! 😂I'm really thrilled for you and am looking forward to seeing all your new vlogging and tutorial ideas come to fruition.
Oh and the yarn stash, yes all of it, beleive me we're all unshockable 😆 I've seen some hulluva mega stashes on here!!!
Oh my goodness, your description of that beautiful furniture makes me want to go check out some second hand and antique shops! That would be the dream!!! And Thankyou for the stash encouragement, I’ll do my best to show it all.

@@meemamakes Yeah, I don't have kids or pets, so I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to having things out where I want them. It doesn't make me appreciate it any less, I know I'm fortunate as regards crafting space. I get my fix of pets and children when I visit family, then come home to find my stuff exactly where I left it 🤭 It's not everyone's cuppa, but it suits me just fine 🥰
