Another American here, I can confirm we know how to say greenwich. However, I am in the northeast, and that may play a role in this ordeal. As you go further south or west, green-witch may become more prevalent.

The Morris Dancing tradition, with much of the very awkward "Moor" makeup, though like in Britain this aspect has been getting years of bad press. I don't think there's any dancing with the Mummers though, it's just a bunch of Eagles fans getting drunk in uh, "costumes." Or that's what it used to be. I would be so embarrassed of this tradition if I were from Philly....
I'm from Kentucky. Beautiful state of rolling hills and lots of green. Heads up, if you do Kentucky, Louisville is not pronounced like the Kings name, it is "Luu vulle"😅

I would also like to know the answer to one question During the American revolution canadian colonies didn't rise up against the British. Why? Apart from Quebec, they had the same problems with the British as the Americans did. And they also had the same legal status, if I'm not mistaken
