Great interview, though it saddens me to think that Rahul might've passed on a part in a Star Wars project out of loyalty to collaborators. I hope his faith is rewarded.
Rahul is quickly becoming one of my favourite …. Celebrities? Online personality? Just in general, just my favourite person I can see on my electronic device. Super grounded and bloody hilarious. Also, Alex, always loved your personality and presentation style over the years and it’s awesome to see you in this format and looking forward to binging all your podcasts!
@@Duenschissdoktor Shit, I can't remember what he was talking about here, it's been long enough since listening that I can't quite grasp it. Lol I'll scrub through and let you know when I get to it. xD
"little discs in my Doritos" fuckin Tazos, man! I was obsessed with them growing up. I remember having a folder full of those things with pictures you had to complete like those Panini sticker albums
Rahul's story about making eye contact on the street in LA exactly matches mine from 25 years ago. Seems like nothing's changed. Only place I've no desire to return to...maybe I should have given it another five years :-)
Disagree about Last Jedi. That was the only truly good sequel film. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the only one where the director asked George Lucas for his opinion, etc.

That moustache is magnificent

King and Flanagan do horror so well because they actually develop the characters and make every feeling so much better & stronger!
this was one of the most enjoyable interviews ive ever watched
Aaaah, that's why Alex looked familiar. A blast from the past that was Rude Tube.
What? Yes, of course I'm here from Rahul's tweet !
Great interview and made me love Rahul even more! I can’t wait to see Midnight Mass and beyond!
I legit could listen to Rahul gab on about nerd shit for hours and hours on end.
Also, I've read the book that Rahul is talking about and it's legitimately one of the spookiest things I've ever read. It's seriously good.

@@anthonynelson1699 no worries i probably won't read it anyway haha
I'm really sad to hear about his experience with UK film makers because he is my #1 choice for the new Doctor in Doctor Who 😭
His experiences with star wars is near identical to mine it's scary! 😂
I haven't seen Alex in year. happy I found the video

What’s the time stamp for him talking about that? I must’ve missed it.
@@luckyDancer100 Try 1:04:50 and give it a sec or two. admittedly mine didn't happen at two o'clock in the morning.
What an amazing interview, both because of the interviewer and interviewee! Great job Alex!
In Rahul’s defense, there is a low bar for Masters to ever be called overrated! 😹
wtf... it's Alex Zane...

I just can't wrap my head around the fact that Rahul chose LA over Vancouver as a home...move away already!!!
Probably for his job
