Audie Murphy is one of my favorite actors as well. I think he was very under rated as a actor. I loved him as the good guy but when he played a bad guy such as the assassin in the movie No Name On The Bullet, he was great. He had a look that he could give that made you believe he was a cool as a cucumber cold blooded killer. That was what made him believable as a actor. There is a story in his book, To Hell And Back, where he had captured a German Capitan and a couple of his men, when Audie told them to give him their guns, the Capitan threw the gun down in a contemptuous way, Audie told him if he did pick up that gun in 3 seconds and hand it over the way a officer should, that he would kill him. Another soldier who was there said, there was something in Murphy's voice and face that told that German Officer he was deadly serious, he picked up the gun off the ground and handed it over. Audie Murphy had been there and those emotions transfer on screen. God Bless him and all our veterans!
Hi Emily. Congratulations on this fantastic edit. So many details and nuances, and it flows so smoothly with such great feeling throughout. Love the dialogue. You've done him real justice. Very well done!
Audie Murphy. A hard early life. Stood only 5ft 5 inches tall. Between the ages of 18 & 19 he won more awards for bravery and valour, wounded often, than any other combat veteran in all American history. Fickled fate killed him much too young. He deserved more from kinder gods. Proof 'Mark Twain' was absolutely right when he wrote "No good turn ever goes unpunished" Audie, where ever you are, this fellow, and any readers of this message to this point, hold your good now old soul in high regard.
@@emilysullivan2336 I gotcha! Where from and how do you import the clips into LumaFusion? Sorry for all the questions! I’ve always been super interested in making videos similar to yours, so I trying to understand the process.
@@makenziedavis3251 okay, this is how I do it lol I have a iPad that I use to video tape the clips from our tv... it’s not the best way to do it but it works and that’s all I got at the moment lol so once they are in my photos, I can drag them into my project/video that I’m working on in lumafusion.. it’s a lot of work but I really enjoy it. What device would you be using? It’s not a problem! I’m glad you want to! Ask all the questions you want. I would have liked to have known all this before I started so yeah lol 👍🏻.
Just how he fought through everything is so amazing
Loved Audie!! He was the most decorated veteran of World War II

I loved the way he sit a saddle. He was the best!❤
He looked a lot like my dad. Same size, too. Quiet. Courageous. Loved kids and dogs.
Really? That’s cool! I love the pictures of Audie with kids and dogs, he always looks so much happier.
