I am just discovering the Headrush Prime. This was a great video and you got a really good sound IMO. TYVM for making this .
Next level guy right here.
Thanks! Perfect to get me started. I was lost, but now I'm found!
I never hit above 40-50 cpu but something I can say is it handles micro pitching flawlessly. Popularized by Van Halen and 80s trichorus stuff it’s a detune the left and right by a few cents. -9 cents left, +9 cents on right. Helix units would drop out and get weird artifacts. It sounded flawless on the head rush. While running auto tune as well.just hoping for some formant shift on the auto tune vocals in the future
Awesome device!!!
Great call to have Al Joseph introduce Headrush Prime. I love my regular Headrush still....
I just ordered the HR Prime. Arrived today. Thanks for the video. I'm new to these boards. Very helpful.
Great review. You did some great examples of a number of sounds I was looking for. Thank you! -Rock On-
Great video
Not a single tutorial on preset footswitches assignment. Could you share a tutorial on how to assign for exsmple my top 6 presets to each footswitches for easy access?
Dude! Again I appreciate you doing this tutorial like you did on the MX 5. Is it just me but isn't it even easier to build rigs on this thing? Lol amazing playing and tone brother you have a blessed day 🤘🔥😎👊
Would have love to see edits of the pedals on and off especially for the Gate pedal.
When he was talking about “noise”, if we saw an immediate edit of “noise” and no “noise” that would have been perfect
I just received mine and it's awesome. Some minor bugs that are too be expected with a new product that I'm sure will be fixed in future firmware. I have noticed though that rigs I built brand new in the Prime are way more CPU taxing than rigs downloaded from the HR cloud that I know where made on a previous HR device...
Still loving it?
@@pauljosse yes, actually even more than before. The practice tool feature is really handy
@@ThePilate30 have they fixed the cpu taxing?
@@valentinodania7956 I believe there's a new firmware in the works
Considering trading my Kemper stage for one of these... I'm 50/50 on doing it.
Headrush - Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE provide some kind of app for pc/mac/mobile devices that can be used to edit this device without having to bend over constantly? Some of us aren't as flexible as we once were, and while the touchscreen is nice and easy to edit, getting to it when it's on the floor is no fun for some of us. I realize that people have been asking for this for years - can you please respond in some way to this request? Even a no answer would go a long way - some level of responsiveness to user requests would mean a lot.
Halo Headrush, I want to ask... Is it possible to create a pedal that controls two types of parameters or effects at once? For example, on switch 1, I have a preset for drive. I want to make it control both the volume and gain drive on the pedal. Is it possible?
Some computer software would be great but I know Headrush and Eleven and NMusic isn't responding to the community AT ALL and all you have to do to prove this is just log on to the Headrush/Eleven/NMusic forum.
Just received mine. On the mic / guitar rig set up is it possible to route the output as two individual mono outputs to the xlrs? Such as guitar only to left and mic only right? If anyone knows, I'd appreciate it. Haven't been able to figure that out.
In case you haven't found it yet, yes, this is possible. Give the manual a read as its all explained how to do it there, probably better than I can explain it to you here lol
I find the music in the background distracting. It’s suppose to be a class on usage. It doesn’t need a bunch of high gain guitar adding ambient sounds. Other than that, it has some good basic instructions.
sounds like the old hr to me
I downloaded the the owner user manual and quick guide user, it is almost empty, not even 30% of features are detailed in the manual, it looks like the product is on the market without being totally finished. Also I don't see any software to edit and save your profiles using the computer or the mobile, that's not acceptable, just the fact of only being able to edit presets in the unit is a no go for me.
In this day and age if your product doesn't have a touch screen your out in my book it would have to sound infinitely better than this and most don't
