Thanks for all the info. We’re going tomorrow and I am so glad I watched this because we’re staying with a humanitarian group on Lake Atitlan and going to Antiqua next week. All our accommodations and meals are already taken care of but the weather and money and other info is super useful:)

Also, in Antigua, you mentioned a jade museum. Do you know if they do custom? Greatly appreciate any advice you can give :)
Hi I didn’t climb Acatenango but the tour company I linked in the description box offers them! Highly recommend checking that out for pricing. And I’m not sure if they do custom jade pieces.. so sorry!
Are there any exchange currency store or banks that will exchange us dollers for Guatemalan currency?
