We all know Wesker would absolutely demolish Homelander. While Wesker can't fly, his regeneration more than makes up for it. Only reason Wesker "died" was due to the plot armor of that Boulder Puncher. How are we considering cameos in other games to be canon events? Cameos have to be overpowered for the DLC to sell. Assuming that it isn't at all hyperbolic, this would put him between 300,000 to 960,000 pounds or 150 to 480 tons, this would then very on how he is lifting them like if it was a dead lift, or a bench press and we don't know how easily he did this or if he struggled. Wesker on the other hand doesn't have anything like this to show his strength however he dramatically upscales Chris Redfield who was strong enough to punch a 302,878.992431 pound or 151.4394962155 boulder to move it. This would require him to punch with more than the weight of the Boulder to move with a lot of friction to overcome. This wasn't exactly easy for him to do, it took probably his whole body to do but an important detail is that him punching the Boulder is nothing to punching Wesker which canonically hurts his hands to do, and even though Wesker way maybe 300 or so pounds, Chris with his whole body can barely move him with a full charge before quickly coming to a stop, his strikes also don't really hurt Wesker either. So Wesker is atleast in equal to, relative, or stronger or Homeland is equal to, relative, or stronger than Wesker, hard to really say here. Wesker also isn't a bitch either, he can actually fight and is one of the smartest people in a room if not the smartest. He does have access to advanced weapons like satellites with lasers if that is allowed. Show homelander is at least durable enough to take the blast from soldier boy which isn't to big but still more than Wesker can normally put out. With that being said, every fight in the show has been wall level trash feats even from homelander himself.
