In that clag they’ll be couched up in cover as you know, but nothing gained sitting indoors . Happy to give you good Pro tips on your sound in those windy conditions 24 years as a location sound recordist all over the world so I know how to get clean audio in far worse 😉 . Don’t know how to reach out apart from on here but know how to get your audio bang on no matter how shat the weather is 👍. My pop took me up Goat Fell as a babby I’m from the up there but now down here in the SE and the Fallow Bucks have been like phantoms right as the 01/08 until the other morning I started seeing them so I’ll be on them this week thinning the shat out 👍
Well done - very honest video, there's a lot of pressure on sometimes when you have had to travel as far and the expense etc to get a shot. Sometimes its not to be.
Done it myself, remember travelling up Scotland 4 times one after the other with out success, wrong species, and so frustrating, but heyhoe it happens. Atb.
@danumoutdoor I think the weather has been odd this year, we havnt really had a summer and I think the deer have had there patterns effect by it, alot of my roe havnt been as active as they normally are
Hello sigar smoking hunter ! I like your video's a lot and love watching them, I am sorry for you that you were caught in such bad weather and also have to suffer from that miss. But I do have a question, is it true that your reticule is not level in your scope or do not hold the scope level while shooting ? Of coarse I am an subscriber...
@bertcremers3134 hi mate it's the trigger cam attachment on my eye piece of my scope, some times I need to focus the scope and means the camera is not in line with the reticle, and thanks for subscribing appreciate it
@@bertcremers3134I was thinking similar but not to do with the scopecam but assuming the trees are upright you must have the rifle severely tilted over. This will explain your miss also.
@@Tallltim Aparently the same thouhts, I first thought that the scope was not mounted properly level, also not quite in focus, these are things that disturb me during hunting , hence my reaction. verry honest of our smoker (☺) that he also is fair enough to mention a miss...👍🏼thumbs up tor those guys.
@Tallltim the trees at a angle because the whole ground is a pretty much vertical incline there is no level ground, the scope cam can rotate 180 degrees around my scope as to allow me to focus so some times the reticle will be twisted.
Great video mate you was fighting the weather wind rain looked horrific 🦌👍
@popnmeg cheers mate. Hopefully October will be better weather and the rut will be in full swing
