These ladies are awesome! I purchased SewTights years ago and had issues with them not holding when used on my flatbed embroidery machine. While at a recent quilt show I shared my past experiences and they handed me a set of their current SewTights to try out. What great business practices! They stand by their products. The new SewTights worked perfectly! I am now a happy customer 😃
Yes! We even have some new "Mix" packs that are sort of like sampler packs of a few of our most popular models, at an accessible price point - perfect for stockings for sure!
I heard about the sew tites from Tula Pink when she did videos of english paper piecing for Fat Quarter Shop. I have several diffrent sizes and love them
I've been using sew tites for a few yrs. I load my quilts on my hq using the burrito method. I use the sew tites to keep my leaders in place while I'm loading my quilts and also I use pantographs and I use a sew tite on each end to hold them down next to the ends on the table by the metal on the machine. I'd be lost without them. Enjoyed your interview.
YOU ALWAYS SHOW US THE HANDY AND EASIEST WAY TO DO DIFFERENT THINGS AND NEWEST PRODUCTS. THE MAGNETS HAVE MANY USES. WHAT COLOR(S) DO THEY COME IN ? IS THERE A VARIETY PACK YOU CAN GET, SO YOU HAVE A LITTLE OF EACH ONE TO TRY AND SEE WHICH ONE(S) YOU USE THE MOST?😊😊😊😊
I discovered Sew Tites in the beginning of the Pandemic just after I bought my embroidery machine, before I discovered magnetic hoops. I’m sure I will get back to using them once I’m done with my FSL and FSA phase & start making the Sallie Tomato projects I bought.
I learned about these from Tula, she was given as a sample and showed on Fat Quarter Shop I think, I got online and ordered some, these are amazing. So handy and keeps from losing smaller quilt pieces.
What a brilliant idea! As a hobby longarmer with arthritis developing in my hands I do find the systems like Red Snappers very useful though it is hard on my hands. Still better than having to hold the fabric and pin and yes I do stab myself. I can really see how much easier these magnets would be to use. I hope this use takes off and we can buy them in the Uk.
They work wonders for folks with arthritis! We do have a few stockists in the UK and ship internationally as well. Lovely Jubbly Fabrics is one company in the UK - she hasn't purchased the Magnums yet that I know of, but I'm sure she'd be happy to bring them in for you.
I have some sew tites and wish there was a way to have a long strip of the metal to put in the leaders so I can take them in and out and change the distances apart I need to put the magnets. I found some fabrics require more hold than others and need to put the magnets closer together to have more hold.
@The SimplySpoiled and @Allura Romel - We do get people requesting different colors, and it's on our list, so be on the lookout (fingers crossed for spring)! Since we're a small business and have to produce in certain quantities, we can only release new models/colors as demand and cash flow allows. We're listening, though, promise!
Wow @sewtites ! That’s awesome. Thank you for the reply! I just got my box today. They are strong! (And very yellow!) 😂 It’s a wonderful product though. I look forward to using them soon. :)
That is a wonderful product, I'm going to have to get some so neat. I wanted to ask you something, I'm purchasing a Brother Embroidery machine and was wandering if the extended warranty is worth buying? Because I tried to look online for any information if extended warrantied are worth and can't find anything about them.
I don't know much about extended warranties, however I've never purchased one and due to the quality of Brother products, I've never needed it. I buy either direct from Brother on Amazon or from a Brother dealer.
@@PowerToolsWithThread Thank you very much for your input, I'm buying o e from a dealer but they said an extended warranty would be $600 for 3 yrs which include maintenance. I find that expensive. I never had proble6with my machine as as all my sewing machines are Brother. I seen on your UA-cam channels that you like Brother machines that's why I was asking as I have never purchased an extended warranty myself.
@@sylviadumais4898 OK, so figure out what your dealer charges for a single maintenance visit. My dealer charges $125 just to drop off a machine for an annual maintenance check. Then additional charges are put on if anything needs replaced that's not covered by the standard Brother warranty and I think one time I needed a new bobbin case for $15. So in that case, $600 isn't worth it for 3 years.
@@PowerToolsWithThread oh thank you so much for that because I was debating should I or shouldn't I and leaning more to no because I can't afford that right now so tks again. I learned alot from your channel and bought from designs by JuJu and Kimberbell and that's why I wanted a bigger embroidery machine as I only have a 4x4 hoop. Thank you!

How smart you were to share the product failure with them so they would know about it and could fix it.
So glad they work well for you, and thank you for the lovely shout out!

How sweet! That’s a great Stocking stuffer!!

That's a great idea!
Awesome product from two clever chicks! Love them!
Aww, you're too sweet!
I'll be watching for these on your channel in a future video. Hopefully in time for Christmas presents for my sisters.
Awesome interview! I am adding these to my Christmas list!
I have some of the original sew tights but have never really used them. Love all the ideas so am going to drag them out and use them.

I purchased some a couple years ago and I love them for my bag making.
Looks like a very handy product for our sewing rooms! Thanks for the education!
Thanks Becky for showcasing this product. I can't wait to try them on the longarm.😊
@Luca Angelo I live in Queensland, Australia.
@Luca Angelo down south severe flooding, but up here the weather is always perfect.

Wonderful seeing so many uses for Sew Tite. I have an embroidery metal board from many years ago. It would be good to use as that metal pin cushion.
I LOVE the SewTites magnets. I have the originals and the Tula version. I didn't know about the heavy duty ones! I'll have to get them!

Interesting comment/feedback, Lynda! We'll note that!
I need the Magnums to come in a different color. 😂 I don’t like the yellow. (But that didn’t stop me from buying the 20 pack on Amazon!) 😂❤
I totally agree on the yellow, it’s a migraine trigger for me. I haven’t bought the Magnums for that very reason.
@@alluraromel392 I wonder how they will take a little spray paint? Lol. I’ll let you know. :)

I bought strong magnets at hardware store and covered them.
I did the same $5 for an 18in magnet
