you could probably make a stand and tie a string to ya trigger so you dont have to pick up ya shotgun,,,,you would have thought or maybe they will bring out a stand and a remote control for the trigger ,,that will come next I bet !love the video as always !
Actually doesn't seem like a bad idea. It would be great if they made a version that sat on the ground, with either a remote or a pedal controller, so a person could shoot solo if they wanted to.
Man that looks like a hoot! Thanks for bringing some fun videos and actually showing your misses and not editing to look like a machine that never misses. Like others said, maybe they will have a standalone remote control to allow a person to shoot alone, or if not we better practice that draw lol. Great video.
Pretty clever. Impressed with distance and speed. I'll echo others' desire for a mount and a pedal triggered launch capability. The only drawback I see (... or hear) is that the wind up of the motor eliminates the element of surprise if someone else is sending out the targets. The more durable and eco-friendly targets are a plus too. Thanks for the great video!
it needs a mount of some sort and a foot actuated launch button for the solo stuff. that's really cool though. and there's never a shortage of birdshot.
Having your table on your right side would have helped make it a little less awkward to switch from claycopter to gun. Great video. Nice new product from Caldwell.
@JamesJones-cx5pk I grew up in Enid okla . We had the grand national quail hunt there ! The state raised thousands of quail and released them every year before the hunt ! I hunted on farm in those areas . WE ate lot of quail !
@JamesJones-cx5pk i live in Tx now and we have no quail here eather ! Okla still have a lot! I think it gets to cold for the fire ants there especially in northern ok where I grew up !
Taufledermous 150yr old GYRO PIGEON. He shows a launching spinner from 1880. Thought you all might be interested. It's definitely old school with no thoughts on safety. Good old days when you hurt yourself, it was your fault for doing something stupid. Thanks for all your work. I hope you continue to grow. Nobody deserves it more!!!
Caldwell seems to be very innovative on new developments. That WAS a really fun video! You, the Caldwell Slinger & the Remington were all on! The battery life is impressive especially in those temperatures! Incredible how they break when hit but are also so very durable!👍 What shot size were you sending down the pipe? Thanks WTW!
That’s pretty cool, wonder what the price tag is. For the large part of us a box of the regular clays and a hand thrower you’re in it for about 25 bucks. The price only goes up from there. So if that thrower is priced right and the clays can be kept at a reasonable price Caldwell could have a good money maker on their hands.
WTW, I speak for all of us. That is cool beans! I think everyone watching reverted to our 12 year old selves being just gobsmacked and excited. You're the lucky kid who just so happened to get the new cool toy, and all the rest of us are slack jawed running home to beg our parents to get us one! Keep up posting the best videos on the inter-web!
My coworker came into work one day looking like he somehow WON a fight with a bear, because if you lose you die lol And apparently what had happened was his little grandkids came over, pulled his clay launcher outside, and while he was trying to pick it up to put it away, one of the kids did a "PULL!" He ALMOST lost his eye
I haven’t researched this, yet. But, if the battery pack is replaceable and the clay is affordable, then this would be a great device for fun and teaching.
This is just as a comparison but Academy in Huntsville, Texas has White Flyer pigeons priced at $16.99 for 135 of the 108 MM. 150 of the clay copter 110 MM would be $39.00. Of course, these prices don't include tax or shipping.
Velcro strap that safety down as recommended by another commenter and slap a bungee cord on it so you can just drop it and your in business... I think this was designed for shooting in company but I see a foot operated version for easy solo use bein produced soon.
Last night it was -26 Fahrenheit, in Central Minnesota. You’re a wimp. lol They need to make a stationary thrower so you can practice solo. It’s a great idea if you have a buddy to shoot with.
Check it out here!!! - alnk.to/6mQRJJ6

There is a Cabela’s in Huntsville Alabama. Like it better than bass pro
That safety button has "velcro strap" written all over it.
Actually doesn't seem like a bad idea. It would be great if they made a version that sat on the ground, with either a remote or a pedal controller, so a person could shoot solo if they wanted to.
I'm thinking if this hand held version is successful they will make a heavier ground model.
Remote for solo shooting
That would be even better, I bet I could make a base to do just that. After all I’m a redneck in possession of a machine shop.
Quite negative aren't you?
That would be cool just to freak out the neighbors with; they'll think they're being invaded by their biggest fear.." the Orange Man Army"🤪
You could put tape around the safety, that way you can fire it one handed and have the 12 in your other hand
I wonder how much abuse those power lines can take....lol
power lines at our dove field have been getting pelted for years now i seem to be the only one concerned about it lol
I was thinking the same thing 😂
Looks like a blast! May need to pick this rig up for my fall camping trip with the in-laws.
That dyed fingernail is killing me dude!! 😂😂😂 Who Tee Whoooo
🤣🤣🤣
That thrower reminds me of a kids toy I bought that shot little discs, pretty cool toy, so I’m gonna buy that launcher and give it a try!

Great device to keep the cat from kitchen counter surfing 🙀❗

That’s the cat’s whiskers ! Super cool ! Looks like a ton of fun and targets don’t break just hitting the ground . Really good one Adam , Thanks

You are having way too much fun with that thing. lol
Having your table on your right side would have helped make it a little less awkward to switch from claycopter to gun. Great video. Nice new product from Caldwell.
That looks great. It sure beats hands throwing them 👌
I grew up in quail country ! We shot skeet to get fast at picking up target fast ! Lots. Of fun and addictive!

That launcher looks like fun even without shooting at the targets. Be a good way to get your pup his daily exercise, yeah?
I definitely see one of those in my future.
Wtw you sure come up with some cool toys 😊😊
Looks like a blast if you had a trapper
"Eliminate the variables that make you miss." It's learning how to handle the 'variables' that makes you a good shooter!
Quite negative arent you
@@jackvliet How so, exactly?
This would be a lot funner with someone too launch that for you
17:17 I'm digging the black nail polish, Adam.
That is hair dye from a previous video when I dyed the hair of a deer

Very, very Cool 😎👍 Adam. Going to definitely get one.
Thanks for the reveal 😉👌.
Cheers 🙏
0 here in idaho. No better way to procrastinate getting out of the truck and getting to work
I enjoy the show brother keep up the good work
You've got Lawson's in Loretto TN. They might carry it.
Looks like it could be pretty useful for getting practice in for bird season and a lot of fun to boot.
An added feature is since there are holes in the target it leaves the door open for the “I was on target but the shot went through the holes excuse”
You love it Adam xden
Now that's cool like the adult nerf gun lmao.
It's like it was invented by Vector from the Despicable Me movie. 😂
Do you have a video for what caliber bolts action 0-400 and 400-700 an 700-1000 yards nerd out for new shooter
You need a tripod & a foot trigger for that thing if you want to sling alone 😃👍. Great bit of Kit though

OUCH
I'd help out if I was closer. Maryland just too far away to drive.
What is the price ? Looks like a very fun ! Thanks for sharing .

damnit Bobby is getting UA-cam famous now
Propane
Pretty cool! 😎👍
Thing looks fun worth a try at least thanks for sharing
That’s a nice toy❤
Great invention, but I know what they need to come out with to make it even better 🤫
Bet a little tinkering and a foot peddal actuator with a stand can get these launching.
👍WTW. Looks like too much fun. Thanks
Pretty cool ,b alot of fun ,it's always been fun to shoot the ole clays
👍👍pretty cool
These look fun!
What is the price of the whirly birds in comparison to clay pigeons?
Ten bucks for 50 of the 90mm so surprisingly not too bad. The 110mm are three bucks more.
This is just as a comparison but Academy in Huntsville, Texas has White Flyer pigeons priced at $16.99 for 135 of the 108 MM. 150 of the clay copter 110 MM would be $39.00. Of course, these prices don't include tax or shipping.
@@rodneyferguson446 Thanks!
@@Chris_the_Muso Thanks!
That’s cool! They will have them tripod mounted and remote control soon I bet
Caldwell is a town in both New Jersey and Idaho 😅
Good thing you have kids...lol ! Need a soloslinger stand or da kid😂
That thing is freaking awesome
That does look awfully fun.
Pretty neat!
Looks like a lot of fun
Purty frickin cool
Probably have An easier time on the switch if the table was on the other side
Throw it straight up & wait for it to come back
Could use a foldable stock. The new airsoft.
Looks like fun.
It’s 13 in south central Louisiana right now, we got 7-8 inches of snow today

What a great shooting game great for practice
Pretty sweet
Oh boy, something else I gotta have
Vitho 😘💕👍👍
That is cool
This is cool
Really cool
You did not need the shotgun. Having fun w/ the launcher alone!
I agree
Raccoons watching!
Like Z Z birds from a hand launcher.
That’s cool
Looks like fun.
Fun toy

Hand held mini Helice if anyone is familiar with that game
This looks like it could be imported. lol
I want one

You can keep all that cold up there
