I am skeptical of Ron Wyatt's other discoveries, but I am sure that he got this one right. His Soddom and Gomorrah evidence is pretty convincing, too. I recommend The Urantia Book for truth seekers. Published in 1955, it claims to be the Fifth Epochal Revelation of God to Man. Of course, it requires the same leap of faith to believe that, as it does to believe the Bible. Paper 66 adds clarity to the Sumerian Tablets. Free to read online and UA-cam has an audio version. The Last 700 pages are the Life of Jesus.
I totally agree with you. It was in large part Ron's testimony that brought me to faith 12 years ago. I watched his videos about these discoveries over and over, and read the Bible. The Lord brought me to faith using Ron's videos. I owe Ron a real debt of gratitude. At the very least folks like this Dr. Jones should give credit where credit id due. But they don't- they want to make a name for themselves. It's very sad.

I am interested mostly in the Red Sea Crossing, Jethro's Well, Mount Siani, the split rock, etc and how they tie into the Bible narrative. I have watched 45+ documentary type videos. This particular "Footsteps of Moses To Mt Sinai in Arabia" is by far the best. Mind you, that other videos do well showing the trails and pathways of Moses leaving Egypt, so if you know a bit of Mount Siani in Arabia, you will love this video. Cheers :)

It obviously was NOT Mount Sinai, because Mt Sinai is still in Egypt (it was in Egypt then, too) and is on the wrong side of the Red Sea. I always wondered why so many kept teaching that it was Mount Sinai. Ron Wyatt disclosed these findings in 1984. But he is an amatuer -- and I must say, that I am skeptical of Ron Wyatt's other claims of discovery -- but he got this one right.

Actually the Bible is not centralized in Arabia...granted everything is based upon middle east but Greece was a place that the Bible was centralized from along with some parts of Asia, Africa, italy and even Russia...and if you go toward the missing tribes of Israel then you have to account for even Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway)

He’s actually wrong about the height of the mountain because according to the Hebrew scripture, it says that God chose the most humble mountain and therefore was not the highest in the region, that’s just another indication of what happens when you don’t read the Bible in the original Hebrew.

Mr. @ganuv, claimed that Hebrew scripture says something about the height of Mt. Sinai. I am not aware of anything in Scripture that says anything about the height of Mt. Sinai. However Jewish tradition does mention this issue.
What Jewish Tradition Really Says
At min. 2:28 the narrator of the video says,
"All of the early Jewish Scholars, the early Christian Theologians ........ tradition that says that Mt. Sinai is the tallest mountain ....... "
This is not correct !!!! Josephus does imply this, but actually, Jewish tradition says that Mt. Sinai is of a lower elevation than Mt. Caramel at 1,724 ft (See the Babylonian Talmud and BaMidbar Rabbah). This means that according to Jewish tradition the traditional site claiming to be Mt. Sinai (Jabal Musa) is too tall at 7,497 ft. to be identified as the authentic Mt. Sinai. This point of Jewish tradition also eliminates Jabal Lawz (8,465 ft. tall) and Jabal Maqla (7,631 ft. tall) as the authentic site of the Biblical Mt. Sinai.
According to the evidence, both Biblical and external it is very, very, unlikely that Mt. Sinai is located in Saudi Arabia. Most Christian archaeologists would agree that Mt. Sinai is located on the Sinai Peninsula.
However, most would not agree that Mt. Musa (the traditional site) is the authentic site of Mt. Sinai (It is too tall and farther than 11 days journey from Kadesh Barnea [Deu. 1:2]).
