In the last 2 weeks, I have lost 2 friends of many years and my dearest dog friend who died suddenly. My heart is broken in way I didn't know. So today, I slept and dreamed deeply. And cried. I am having a very hard time. The grief is weighing me down physically. The greater consciousness is a connection as I practice Zen.
