hey! I've started to work out recently to lose fat...I wanted to ask if doing variations of push pull squats is important? Or can I just stick to doing regular sets of each until failure

Callisthenics mostly built up the daily reps

alternate weeks between fullbody and pushpull then legs, i take active rest days e.g only a couple sets if i am tired
