Wow, thanks for this video. I thought my case was hopeless since I've been working from home ever since March 2020 and I spend most of my day sitting and focused on my laptop. Your equations made me realize not to lose hope on diet and exercise since surely, there will be corresponding results. I am thinking of doing number 4 but may I ask what light home exercises you'd recommend? How many times in a week should I do this? Thanks in advance!
Hi! I would advise you to first compute the BMR for your height, weight and age. 😁 Once you have your estimated BMR, you can play with the following variables: A. Target and current calorie intake B. Activity level For all we know, you might need a moderate activity level. But as far as light exercises are concerned, then you can start with the following: 1. Pushups (or assisted pushups) 2. Situps or crunches 3. Full squats (body weight only) Good luck with your weight loss journey! 😁

Yes, the numbers don't lie! You just need to do scenario #5 consistently. 😉
