Thank you for this video - I want to speak about Chloé Nomade because I think I have made a discovery about it! I remember the first time I smelled it at Sephora - I was instantly transported to a far away adventure land. In my mind, Chloé certainly captured adventurous romance in a bottle. Then I read and watched reviews, including one of your earlier ones and, so many were expressing the same thoughts. Then, one day I was back in Sephora - had not yet purchased Nomade - saw it, and decide to give myself a good spray! However, it was deep into summer, about 90 degrees outside. When I went outside, I was shocked! The heat brought out something in Nomade I had not recognized before. Not only was I on an adventure - I was in the Arabian desert being rescued by a handsome horse - riding Arabian Chieftain! You said, in one of your videos about it, that you don't wear it all the time but when you're dressed in a way that fits it and in the right mood for it - I laughed because I feel the exact same way. It is one of my very favorite scents, yet I save it for just the right outfit and day. Now, I save it for at least warm if not hot days. It makes sense once you try it!
Ordered the 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods with my fall purchase of By the Fireplace! Thank you for the mix suggestion!!!! I like By the Fireplace but always wished it was a bit creamier and this should do it!

Yes I think I prefer that one. I don’t own it yet but I do have Vanilla Woods. Once I owned it I didn’t like it as much- weird, but I will keep trying. I am really excited to have Note Vanillée on the way though, from Micallef:-)
I really wish you could get a sniff of Le Labo Poivre 23…it’s the London city exclusive. I have a strong feeling you are going to love that one. It’s spicy but also has a creamy dry down that’s very unique. Hopefully you can try it if you make it to the Le Labo counter this month:)

Roses Vanille is such a yummy winter vanilla … I never hear this mentioned in Fall videos because I think people pick up more rose on the skin than I do. To me it’s straight crème brûlée … During the summer I even wear it before bed to relax into that baked vanilla sugar. mmm

I was on the fence about Nomade as I smelled it in store years ago and didn’t like it because of the oak moss. But now I’m loving fragrances that are more nuanced and happen to carry some scent profiles that I had associated with male’s cologne. Thank you so much for this!
These were amazing perfumes and also I really enjoyed I actually tried the floral street sunflower pop! I did like it though! All were good you look gorgeous! Even Gucci was great!

I’m a big fan of vanilla and woods but the vanilla woods disappears on my skin. However, from the same fragrance house, Patchouli Citrus is the bomb and last all day on me. Also, By the Fireplace is my ultimate favorite 😍 love Smokey fragrances.
If you like the apple note, you should get a sniff of La Danza Delle Libellule (Nobile 1942). Simply divine! One of the best gourmand perfumes I've ever smelled!

I’ve been wearing perfume for over 10 years. I used to only spray anywhere from 2 to 4 sprays and would only get compliments from someone if I was sitting right next to them, like skin to skin contact or in cuddling type situations. I started trying the overspray technique a couple months ago and now I get complimented on my fragrances every time I’m out and about. I am now spraying anywhere from 10 to 20+ sprays before I walk out the house. It’s an intense cloud of fragrance at first but once you’re moving around it airs out but still creates enough of a scent bubble that I am now receiving compliments all the time😊
Oh my! I’ve been layering By The Fire Place and Vanilla Woods for a couple of years. I always get asked what I’m wearing when I layer them. I also like to layer Vanilla Woods with Jazz Club.
I think its wise to test the Le labo’s first. I have yet to find any thats a must have for me😂 It seems that FOMO is the biggest driver in the fragrance world😂

Vanille 44 smelled like PlayDoh on my skin. Hard pass. Another 13 is nice but Rose 31 and Tonka 25 are my holy grail. LeLabo is not everyday fragrances for me, as they’re so so expensive. I’m hoarding mine for special occasions.

My signature scent is clean reserve skin… it’s perfect to wear whenever /wherever .
