Clones hating their jobs throughout The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch series. While many clone troopers were on the front lines of exciting and brutal battles, there were other less exciting jobs that left the clones disatisfied. - Розваги
I always liked the “Great, gonna be another one of THOSE planets” line just because you know that guy has dealt with a bunch of weird quirky aliens and he’s just over it.
Dee nailed that line delivery, too.
Dude probably had to help the Goongas or Felucians with their shenanigans.

Everyone laughs till the funny little bear people are using skulls as instruments or the fish people are demolishing the droid army with shield tech most of the republic still didn’t have.
Funny/cute/quirky = deadly in star wars
And no one wants to go out to something like that.
Specially since:
- They are seemingly not trained to deal with these civilian missions.
- They dont understand the language or culture.
- There's no combat whatsoever.
- Whoever is sent with them that knows how to deal with the situation is also quirky.

@@iamacatperson7226 On Murkhana, clones almost annihilated the whole planet, they bombarded it till the environment changed. Murkhana became a poverty stricken planet afterwards, overrun by crime syndicates. The only non-clone in the republic we know of that was present was Tarkin, and possibly several other officers, but they were not in command of the clones present, they were there to destroy the CIS shadowfeed facilities, which required a land invasion. Once they had left, the clones bombarded the planet.
Still love when the clone says "oh my god" when they release Ziro the Hutt from the republic prison at the end of season one.

When Ziro the Hutt was broken from prison, one of the clone guards muttered "Oh my god" when Ziro was complaining about the sunlight.
Some clones rather blast droids than guard a outpost or something like that.

0:08 you know it’s kinda terrifying to think that at full power a single blast from that blaster rifle can blow a half a meter hole in ferrocrete basically more durable concrete and they do nothing against this creature. Over a foot and a half wide hole in reinforced rock and it does little more than annoy this monster.

My uncle served during the Gulf War (1990-1991) and he told me that most of his time was spent waiting for something to happen. Of course he flew C-130s (A large four engine transport aircraft.)so he didn't see much action although he did have a close call when the Iraqis started bombing the airport when he was holding short before departure. Then there was sometimes issues with the planes themselves like when a tachometer instrument (measures engine RPM) failed and the flight engineer fixed it simply by unscrewing the gauge and hitting it against the firewall. 😀
