Hey Juan, Thanks for posting these demonstrations. I'm thinking of buying one of these, but I'd like to know if it's possible to make a completely smooth vegetable puree with it. One of the main attractions of the Thermomix is the ability to a super-smooth puree without having to sieve out tiny lumps. Do you know if this is possible? I'd also like to know if the motor and blades would be strong enough to churn hard-frozen ice cream into a smooth, scoop-able texture. If it could do both these things, I'm sold! :)
Hi, in one of my other videos, the mash potato one, it ended up quite purée, so I guess the answer is yes to that, provided that you blend it long enough. Regarding the Ice Cream I guess it will be a yes as well, the machine is sturdy and well constructed, give it a try, for £149.99 you can't go wrong.....
