Can someone please tell me how to get those measurements and have it equal a show size? That is the point! This is like watching a movie without an ending.
Not clear measurements
NEVER assume that both feet are exactly the same size. In many people one foot is slightly longer. That is the one that needs to be measured. If someone does not take this into consideration the longer foot may end up suffering from being in a shoe that is too small and thus cramps the toes. Not a pleasant thing at all.

Do you measure from where the actual foot hits the floor, or where the upper part of the heel ends? Since it curves out a bit I can't figure out what is the accurate way to measure, as going by the upper part of the heel is obviously giving me a higher size. Thanks!
adntigger71015 try and put your heel against a wall maybe? Measure off the straight wall, hope that helps
There’s a THIRD measure, which is just as important as the other two and that’s instep / arch.
So should you take shoes of the exact measurements of your feet or add a little bit more?
Add half a size if you do this, most shoe stores can do exact measurements though.

@Ash Moe I mean, my feet are actually about 0.5 inches bigger than her's, and my running shoe size is like a 9.5 men, so this measurement may be correct with us. BTW I am 16 years old currently

@Ash Moe I mean, my foot is like about 10.25 inches, so that means for dress/casual shoes it's like a size 9 men, and for running they recommend a size 9.5 men, but for some Nikes I may wear a 10 in men because they run a bit smaller.

My foot is around 10.9 inches, or 10.5. I want to get the under armour hovr. size 8 uk fits just right but my foot feel a little pain on the arch when I started to walk. if I get the size 8.5 UK the toe box have more room space which makes my foot feel weird when walking Lead me to lose my balance.

Man USA shoe sizes are all over the place while everywhere else it’s one size for every shoe. Not in the USA every brand different sizes your a 10.5 in these but in these other shoes your an 11 or a 10 like wtf lol
I measured with my foot spread out, and it is approximately 10 1/4 inches almost. Also, I might still be growing, so a size 9.5 US men would work for me in running shoes.

If you have high arches and your third and fourth toes are almost as long as your big toe, these measurements do nothing to help. I dare anyone to find me a properly fitting shoe based only on length and width measurements.
