Even i use the first gear solution , it works . Same issue in venue petrol .

Bro my brand new i20 makes cracking sound in 2nd gear..when I take to company it doesn't make that sound..it happens in morning and uphill..pls suggest sumthing...
Ask them to check again n if after scan it shows normal then not to worry. Car is under warranty so they have to take responsibility if unfortunately happens anything m der if you find any issue while raising concern
Thanks for your reply...I did that it did not show any sign ..it's a grinding sound which comes in 2nd gear..anyways they said the same thing incase of any damage it's under warranty for 3yrs...really kind of you to reply ...thanks again bro

I drive honda city. It also happens sometimes. But it is rare. I just bring gear to neutral, press clutch again n reverse gear goes in.
Same issues are facing bro 😭
