I made a sign like this through your tutorial thank you very much! But I wanted to ask, if i don't hang it and it's used on a stand or as a sign to hold....what fabric or something can i put on the back because the dried back was not pleasant to hold for guests.
My gold leaf tends to start turning dark shortly after applying the paint. Like a tarnish. Any idea as to why that may be? Also, what do you typically do for signs that have open light behind it, to ensure the lettering can still be read?
Hello Carly, Thanks for sharing your talent! My daughter is having a NYE cocktail wedding reception. I would love to see and know where to purchase the disco ball center pieces.
Ok so that’s where I’m running into a problem on where to find the acrylic. Does Home Depot or Lowes sell these around the same price? I’m in search now in my local area for a plastic store
Looks amazing! Do you use any sealer on the back of your signs?

Carly, what do you mean when you say a plastics store? Is that a sign store?

So pretty and thorough tutorial! Do you use anything to seal the paint? Is so what do you use?
So glad you enjoyed! I usually dont seal the sponged paint but can with polycrylic!
Is there any difference if using a matte paint for a sign? Does one hold up better?

Do you seal the painted side?
Will you be taking orders on your Etsy soon?
Hello. Great work… how big is your font on the welcome sign?
What Size did you use for the seating chart and welcome sign
Can this be done on glass or does it have to be acrylic? If glass, would I need to use a different glue?
I'd stick with acrylic if possible! Would be such a shame to out all that work in only for it to break 😫

Hello! Greetings from Latin America, I wanted to ask if you sell acrylics with metal pedestals.
Hi Lina! I'm not currently shipping overseas, but my acrylic provider might! plasticareinc.com/

Hey Chris the welcome signs usually 18x24 or 24x32 and the seating charts vary depending on guest count. Typically 1/8 thick!

Hello Carly, Thanks for sharing your talent! My daughter is having a NYE cocktail wedding reception. I would love to see and know where to purchase the disco ball center pieces.
That sounds like an awesome party! The florist incorporated them into her centerpieces. They were mostly floral with disco balls throughout 🕺
How much do your large acrylic pieces cost you?
Anywhere from $15-35 depending on size, thickness and color!
