I dont recommend starting in the fielding position which is low and glove down. Incase the ball is hit to either side you want to be ready to get to it Other than that, great video!
Peyton Clifford before every pitch go about half way between being in fielding position and standing straight up, with your knees bent and glove ready so that you can stop a ball hit in any direction near you at any speed
I'm just starting softball these moves are great now my coach says I'm doing good with those move

Umm I think I need help… I can't close my glove : (
your glove is probably not broken in enough, play catch with it a lot and it should get better over time
I have muscle but I'm to weak…
Why would you start with your glove down? It takes away from your natural momentum.
