I sort of get the feeling that, as a company, they hold the right to replace VAs at their will. Maybe that's because I've always had experience with "at will employment" American companies, but, if someone feels that their person or character doesn't fit the show or in the studio, they can let them go as long as they're just compensated according to law. Only looking at this fact, and not addressing any other allegations, it seems they have nothing to explain. Callous, sure, but, it's their creative vision, y'know? Do what you have to do. Also I could also understand if the eariler years were hectic, as it is their own first indie company, so again, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if it's not as stable as larger corporations. I don't know. That's all.
