Everyone always says you need goals and you need to have a plan but the thing that confuses me about this is even if I set a goal, I have limited opportunities to affect the activities that allow me to work towards them. The same applies to having a goal for a training session. For example, if I set a goal and my Coach teaches various techniques that have nothing to do with achieving my goal what do I do? How to i practically set goals for myself when curriculum is managed by a coach…as it should be?

Looking forward to watch this ^^
