Buddhist teachings should be incorporated into Nepali education system of all level. It will help our nation and youth develop character. I am a hindu by birth and buddhist by studies, a scientist by profession. Gate gate paragate prasamgate bodhi svaha!

The very nature of human mind is so tricky, so clever or "as you think so you become". If you think or believe "Anitya" or impermanance before Vipassana, sooner or later your mind will show you `Anitya´as a reality, what you already fix in your mind and trying to bring in experience. Similarly, if you think or believe there is something which is "Nitya" or `eternal´ and try to realize it in meditation, one day you will experience something which is really eternal. So, the essence of Vipassana or Buddhist meditation technique is "just see " or objerve the things what they really are, without any `pre informations´. Anyway, "find the moon in the sky not in the ponds and seek the truth in the meditation not in the books or scriptures". Sister Rachana, Keep it up ! give whole effort for "bahujana hitaye, bahujana sukhaya, lokanu kampaye."

Buddhist is not a religion, we don’t believe in creator almighty God. Buddhist believes that there is a gods realm like humans not free from suffering.

I always have higher respects for Buddhists like Rachanaji than people like us who are born into the faith. Her long journey for answers led her to Buddha Dharma and therefore I count her experience as evidence on the efficacy of the path she is on. May she actualise the wisdom of non duality and therefore the cessation of all suffering.
