This looks amazing I'm wanting to come over from the UK for a holiday and explore your amazing trails are there places which hire atv's ? Much love America 🇺🇸hope to see you soon
Brian Isherwood it rained there for several days before we went so it was a lot bigger than it usually is. Still a cool place to stop while riding the Rockhouse trail.
I live not too far from the Hatfield McCoy trails...Love them! All I gotta do is get me a machine I can rely on...My current RZR turd stays broke...anyway, Im looking real hard at the Maverick X3's because of your videos...Question: I like to carry a spare like you guys do, if I go with the X3, where can I get that spare tire setup? Thanks for your time!
Thank you for watching the videos we appreciate it. We both have the super atv spare tire carrier... I really like it. I’ve also seen the dmx tire carrier. It’s similar to the super atv one. Both decently priced as well.
I don’t actually. We do have a video on our channel of the bus and how to get there but it’s not there anymore from what I’m told. They went through and dozed all the trails and logged it out taking the bus with it.
Rockhouse is an awesome trail system. I have a few videos on this channel showing some of our rides there. They have some nasty black and double black trails too.
@@TheCanAmCrew I get it, We can all say, hey they are legal, it is the tree huggers that use footage like this against us, and argue that fish, and wildlife are being effected by our activities.
A 72” machine is much more stable and has more suspension articulation but a 64” will get you through the same stuff. The trails are definitely wide enough for the 72 so I’d say it’s probably the better choice. We are happy with our 64” machines for now.
Charles H Collins III thank you, we are using go pro hero 8 blacks. I would like to switch to a camera that can zoom but haven’t found one with as good of quality yet.
The Can Am Crew another question lol what’s the i pad inside the first can am . That you use for directions . Was that factory or add on . We have a few machine and looking to upgrade electrical devices other than trying to use our phones... thks for your help
Charles H Collins III It’s an oem aftermarket add on. I use a Samsung galaxy tab A 10.1 and have different apps for places we ride, I have made my own maps along the way as well. I recommend backcountry Navigator, orux, Polaris ride command, or lifetime trail maps. Can go wrong with any of those.
Great video. If a person can afford it you really need to bring a sxs and some atvs with you. I find some trails are better on a atv and some for sxs. Now I dont have any small kids so the wife and I get by bringing 3 machines with us.
I agree 💯% I’d love to get out on some of these trails with an atv. we do have some ATVs and dirt bikes we mess around on but I injured my back a few years ago and the atvs do a number on my after a few hours of riding.
@@TheCanAmCrew I know what you mean I have 4 screws in my back and the solid axle hondas in florida sand is nice. Hatfield and McCoy rocky trails do take a number on the back. Thats why I switch it up.
Holler Crawlers it is at the perfect location for the northern trails. It’s very nice and clean. I’d stay there again for sure. The owners are great people too.
Holler Crawlers that I’m not sure of. The one time we stayed there we were back before dark, but they do have gates and I believe I read somewhere they close them at like 9pm or something. Not sure if they are strict on it or not.
I know the trails pretty well but the gps is an amazing helper. It’s not turn by turn navigation but it lets you know where you are at all times. You can also track your ride so you know where you’ve been. I won’t go on the trails without it.
I use a Samsung galaxy tab a 10” I think you can get them for around 180-200.00 at Best Buy. And I use the back country navigator app. Polaris ride command also works and has pre loaded trails on it. I just prefer bcn. If you get a Samsung tablet let me know. I can walk you through the process of loading the trails on it.
@@TheCanAmCrew We have a Ipad so I guess we just need to get the wifi internet on it. We use the ipad here in the house but we just don't have wifi coverage on the road. Thanks again I'll stay in touch. I had no idea any of the off-road trails would be on the navigators. That makes it great for pre-planning a person's trip, doesn't it! Maybe you all could do a video on it?? :)

@@TheCanAmCrew It is back on the map again... We were there last summer and it was on the trail maps. We visited the waterfall a few times... One of those times there was a SP unit that drove up and asked us to keep the vehicles out of the water. He was nice about it and said it was fine to go ahead and snap our photo, but to refrain from riding in the creek. it stinks, but I can appreciate that. I'm glad they're keeping an eye on it.
My grandparents own this resort! So much fun!!
Wow, looks beautiful. I've never seen so many trees.
Eggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggslent video and scenery . Thanx for sharing. Y'all Rock!
Thank you 🤙🏻👊🏻
Trails look like they have some amazing views up there. Can't wait till I can go
We ride Hatfield McCoy often. Let us know when you go and we might be there.
Was at H.M in 2019. Didn't get to see this. Thanks for posting.
For Part of 2019 this waterfall was considered on outlaw trails but shortly after this video they put it back on the map.

What's your hurry? Slow down and enjoy the trail. Look around.
No hurry, I don’t think I was going very fast haha
Love the play by play details of which trail your on and headed to.
Thanks for the videos!

That was awesome 👌.
Thank you 🤘🏻💯
Ever hit the warrior trail stay at count gilu motel in Welch only 100 feet from trail head.
I’ll have to remember that, we typically stay at Ashland and make the journey over. It makes for a nice 100+ mile ride.
I'll be out there with a buddy May 16th staying in Man for a week. Can't f'n wait to ride the trails out there.

These are all legal Hatfield McCoy trails now, they put the waterfall back on the map a month after this video was made. 👍

How do I get to the OutLaw trails
Edward Cruz The best way would be to download bob t maps. You can search it on Facebook on one of the Hatfield McCoy pages.

Are these one or two way trails? I'm not real familiar with the HMT system
They are all 2 way trails. Most trails are wide enough for 2-3 machines but some can be real tight.
