Playing with friends

It was a blue day, and the forecast was not that promising. However, we decided to fly anyway, and had a fantastic time. Thermals were generally weak, but seemed to improve as the day progressed. The performance difference between the Phoebus and the ASH 31 was dramatic. Even the PIC 20 walked away from me at times. But it was a fun time with friends. A pleasant way to spend 3h:15.

I have finally lost enough weight to do this after learning hang gliding. I am going to do this as soon as my finances afford it. Hopefully this winter here in AZ.
