Computer science is a good ending. Now he can tell his colleagues that he was a pro-OW champion lol (especially when young ppl in the field play games too so they'll know)
It's always silly to me when a team gets split up after they've had a lot of success. Like wouldn't you consider the fact that maybe their team synergy contributed to their success in a team game?
@@GG-zn6tc smurf ball is almost if not just as good as fate in my opinion, i think lip gapping striker on sombra would be the reason i think shanghai would still have the edge during playoffs, but they definitely wouldn't have lost to atlanta

5:06 bap wasn't played because shields were x3 more health. moira also did way more healing back then and could heal through shields with orb and coal. ignoring shields was better than breaking shields plus building coal outempod window. doom also countered bap so u would only play bap in a bap/mercy/pharah/bastion set-up with the double shield instead of a brawl-type moira/lucio/reaper/doom
There are a lot of Supports that got praised from Casuals (Ryujehong, JJonak, Viol2t, Chiyo, Fielder etc), Moth just wasnt at all Flashy he was consistently good which is what a team wants and needs, but you cant be mad at people not really acknowledging him, when he stands in the shadows of his Teammates.
In terms of main supports in the OW1 era, I'd say Leejaegon reached the peak of any MS player during the Dragons' championship year. Because that specific year, out of all main supports, he was able to have the highest elims, dmg output, and also the lowest deaths, all at the same time, and was close to the top for healing too. But I guess if we're talking about all OW1 seasons combined, yeah, it's pretty hard to argue against Moth.
Can’t really compare rupal with him. Almost completely different role, but he is a champion and has been considered NA best flex support for a long while now and is still the most consistent player on Toronto. Vega though is definitely not on par with current day top lucios.
5:10 i think its cause doom was an easy answer for bap. uppercut out of lamp and shoot to kill was very easy to do. bap was only meta when doom got nerfed heavy and was not meta.
I was a huge fusion fan and watching moth play even against the fusion always amazed me. He was truly a great support player. I am glad he is doing good now
Can you a video on the "hyped but disappeared players"? The kind that had a lot of buzz but only came to OW and disappointed. I recall Architect, Decay, Sparkle, Sugafree being great for a little while and then being forgotten to more up and coming superstars. Even Muze, gaebullsi, hoon, kalios were at one time very sought after tanks. Myunbong was a contenders top tier flex support for a while.
Awesome. I'm a new OW2 player. Just started this year Jan. 2024. I like to know the history of what I do. So this is all interesting to me. As I came from F1 eSports. Was a driver for 4 years. Newly retired. With 2 Worlds Drivers Titles.
Nice video thats one of the best endings ever evrn tgough some might see as boring. He can have a lifelong job without him falling off as age 23. Want to see the best dps lineups in ow1
Really good video! I would not have shown or even mentioned the linkedIn page though, just for his privacy's sake 🤔 But other than that very informative and well made video, keep it up!
Yeah.. unfortunately my friend that’s not why it was called Moth meta. It was because of Mercy’s ultimate being overpowered and having almost 100% pick rate because of it.
You need to work on your inflection when you end sentences. You end on a higher tone most of the time which makes you sound unsure or uninterested You need to end on a lower one. Please
