I didn't really go to many sleepovers bc my parents were super strict, and hearing you tell the "other girls" that they could dye each other's hair made me so like, happy? Like, this is what teen girls should do, mess around and have fun doing harmless stuff like dying hair at a sleepover, and I'm def going to let my kids do the things that I wasn't allowed to. (Sorry this was long-winded lol. I also love your videos so much, they help me relax so well and give so many tingles!) ❤️❤️
I loved doing stuff like this with my friends all throughout growing up ,my mom would even join in and curl our hair or whatever. Sometimes we'd dress up too & take pics like a little photoshoot. Good memories for sure. I'm pregnant rn with my first & it's a girl so I can't wait to do this kind of fun stuff with my daughter & be the mom that's let's her & her friends have innocent fun dying hair , doing makeup etc. Hopefully they let me join 😅
I agree my parents were ultra strict you wouldn't believe it, they never let me hang out with my friends let alone have sleepovers if I ever have kids I'll let them have fun because I remember how much that really affected my mental health and I wouldn't want anyone to go through that although I love my parents they could've done better 💜❤️.

I've always wanted to do Bantu knots but I was worried my curl pattern was too loose or something because it's not a hairstyle in my ethnicity but seeing you try and actually show some semblance of the style on a mannequin with looser curls than mine gave me an unnecessary and stupid amount of confidence. WIsh me luck y'all Edit: I FaceTimed my friend (who is Bantu) and she walked me through the process. Overall I probably did a 6/10 if I'm being generous? But I am proud of my first attempt

I don’t have an Afro but I have curly hair and the best way to deal with it is while it’s wet. Especially putting curl cream in, if the hair is wet it’s easier to distribute the cream. Also better to put the cream on your hand and rub it in like hand moisturiser so it’s all over your palms and fingers then rub it all through the hair. I love your efforts though, very relaxing and I love how you can just make up things to talk about ❤️

I would LOVE if you did my afro hair. As a blaisan who got the afro hair of my mum, its really nice that she taught me but we are never quite as gentle with our hair as you were and that would have been really nice for a change. Lovely video!

hey eda!! idk if youre going to read this but my hair is curly and usually when we r going to do something in this type of “non-straight hair” we have to wet it so its way more easy and moldable. (not trying to be rude, just wanted to explain! thought that maybe you wanted to know and maybe it can help people video immersion experience on your hair styling videos). btw i really liked todays video! all the love to you girl 💓

I would LOVE if you did my afro hair. As a blaisan who got the afro hair of my mum, its really nice that she taught me but we are never quite as gentle with our hair as you were and that would have been really nice for a change. Lovely video!
