If you didnt know. (Henry is still alive) Winston didnt get accused of murder or anything. His accused of trying to murder. I dont think he will get a death penalty so i think thats the reason why his not screaming like hell in there!
This has layers. This would be an absolutely plausible gotcha moment for an actual Ace Attorney case, and makes perfect sense within the court of Pheonix Wright... But he absolutely did tie the bag from the outside because that's how Henry Stickmin gags work.
You know I hadn’t played ace attorney before I played Escaping the prison. Playing this series again I laughed my ass off at both the failure and the correct choice it perfectly captured the typical courtroom proceedings of an ace attorney game.
It's worth mentioning that if this was a real ace attorney case, the second driver would come in just as the judge was giving his verdict and give a testimony that seemingly cleared Winston's name

When the witness and his partner passed the bag, he convinced his partnerto throw the bag in with the others. Judge: But- but why would he do that? Felix White:Why, to dispose of the body, of course. There are millions of bags of money in that bank, and the witness knew it would take a long time before the victim was found. But unfortunately, for the witness... His victim woke up and tried to escape from his tomb. He was arrested on the spot, and the witness thought everything was over. But it's come back to haunt him now! Testimony: You guys can't- you can't- you, erngh- This can't be happening to meeeeee! Judge: Well, that certainly was an interesting trial. However I'm now ready to deliver my verdict.
