I’m dealing with a similar issue currently except on a 2016 Malibu 1.5T. Have codes P06DA, P06DB. Replaced both solenoid valves with factory parts, codes came right back. Past that point I tested continuity on both wires from the solenoid to the harness connector to the pcm and found all to be within spec (no high resistance on either circuit). I’m dialing in on a faulty pcm, the faults always come back but sometimes it takes a minute or two for the codes to pop up and sometimes it’s immediately. Car was involved in a front end collision and came from a body shop as well so that’s no fun. Basically a can of worms lol
