Nerascus: The Man. The Intern. The Legend.
Nerascus should REALLY be promoted by now. He is so much more than an intern. He's the silent protagonist to this long-running heist tale.
he's really more a freelancer now, popping back to hold them all together XD

what is it
Nerascus is sitting alone in his dark penthouse apartment, a whiskey in hand. The Bruch Violin Concerto no. 1 plays softly in the background. Suddenly, a ringing. His phone in his back pocket. He answers.
'Yes?' He says, 'Understood.'
He hangs up. He heads for the door, calmly, collectively. A voice calls out from the staircase. 'Honey?' She asks, softly, 'Where are you going?'
Nerascus turns back, his hand gripped around the door handle. He looks to his beautiful wife, eight months pregnant with his child.
'Just one last job, honey. One last job.'
*Kavinsky's Nightcall starts playing as he leaves*

and then he gets shot by a random player at the end of the heist leaving his family behind

After seeing these three heist videos of the team, I know enough to not be surprised by that.
@@57thorns honestly, there isn't even a point in facepalming when something like that is just business as usual.

-Jane mentioning she's hungry or making a food reference.
-Andy making a slightly dated pop culture reference.
-Mike doing something reckless causing Andy to say, "What the hell, Mike?"
-Jane using a noun in an unusual fashion (i.e. "Doing a science.")
-Andy doing extra role-playing beyond what's presented in the game.
-Mike commenting on cars and the others outright ignoring him.
"Jane commenting on a character's fashion," "Andy singing," and "Mike 'hee-hee-ing' at his own destruction" have been removed due to difficulty concerns.

You forgot the "All of them get killed by another player", which just so happens to be right at the end, proving that a GTA:O video by OX isn't complete without it.

The fact that Nerascus solo'd the same amount of boat hacks as the combine efforts of the Oxbox crew is basically the summary of most Oxbox heists. 1 Nerascus = 1 Jane Douglas, 1 Andy Farrant, and 1 Mike Channell.

You have to wonder if Narascus even knows what he's a part of, or if he just enjoys hanging out with that weird, mute team of gamers who show up every couple of months to spectacularly fail a heist.

OXBox is like the child who keeps failing at their video game, Narscuss is like the parent who gets roped into completing the game for them, which is made much harder as their child runs around, with no idea what they are doing and constantly getting in the way.

Mike has admitted on multiple occasions that his performances in Hitman are largely him goofing off.
Nerascus is like oxbox's Stig.
Some say he was a sentient program that went rogue inside the GTA server, and that he gains a level for every team life the OxBox crew lose. All we know is, he's called Nerascus.
Nerascus IS the Stig. He couldn't work out how to spell "STIG" and just settled on "NERASCUS" because it's easier.

At this point, we can safely assume that Nerascus is OxBoxs answer to the Top Gears Stig. Silent, excellent drivers, highly skilled, uber competent.
But since they've never seen together, they might just be one and the same.
Ah the herd of Majestic Dolorians can be seen in the sea, there preferred habitat for hunting. They are however amphibious and capable of hunting in land in extreme situations.

I'm half convinced that he's someone closely associated with the OxBox crew and they just don't know it. Do Luke or Ellen over at Oxtra have known GTAV accounts? Or someone at Eurogamer maybe?
Apparently 1 NERASCUS is worth 3 oxbox crew members. Just based on the boat hacking results. 3 oxbox crew did 2 boats in the same time Nerascus did 2 boats.

Darsh Jalan i always thought oxbox is the top gear of gaming. They're british, they're hillariously rubbish, and they got a top gun that doesnt speak!
But now, we must turn to our tame GTA intern. Some say he prefers vinyl records because you can't use an ipod as a Frisbee, and that he ardently believes fabresia eggs are Easter candy. All we know is, he's called Nerascus.

Nerascus may be the all-star of the mission...but Andy was the Randy-Quaid-at-the-end-of-Independence-Day of the mission, Fox 2-ing the dickens out of those choppers. Without him, they'd've had to do it all over again. Again.
I suspect Andy got Platinum for his Marty McFly impression near the start of the mission, that and for using his missile to destroy the helicopters. Well done guys and Jane. Look forward to more. :)

Andy's Tokyo drift skills were showing off around those boats. He nailed the timing perfectly to just coast the outskirts of hacking range... Its like his fortnight strats, cower on the edge and win :)
Nerascus is the heavy lifting protagonist of this GTA saga. The OX team is like an in game faction that gives him missions once in a while.
Really puts in perspective all those times Mike only gave Nerascus a 15% cut in the old days.
