Why ask a question when you will not get a response? The what's up question makes no sense to me. I'm 72. I've been riding my 2018 Yamaha BWS 50 cc scooter for nine months of the year. I live in the boreal forest precambrian shield of Northern Saskatchewan Canada. I've ridden in -30F weather. I appreciate the work that you do to produce these very informative videos. I am looking forward to selling my Piaggio Beverly touring scooter and replacing it with a Ruckus. My moto is a Russian Proverb. THE SLOWER YOU GO THE FURTHER YOU GET.
Super fun and unique ride! This is actually going to be my first time with a 2 wheeled transportation method and I was just wondering if you have any tips for a first time owner?
Very interesting, I’m 5 11 and the ruckus seems like a perfect fit, the best advice I could give you would just be to take one for a test drive and see if it feels like one of those little pocket bikes, thanks for the question!
@@midlifemotorcycle if you feel your too tall for the ruckus then the last thing you need to worry about is lowering the seat, that will inevitably make the bike feel smaller or to small.
@@anthonyboberg4736 no it moves you down and knees away from the handle bars. Atleast that is what I read, along with maybe a seat change with no hump to move back further.
@@midlifemotorcycle my ruckus is stock but the previous owner put on password jdm footpegs, the footpegs def help with the leaning on turns also distributes wheight closer to center or rear wheels , this with a stock seat for you and your height would probably be perfect, but being able to put your feet wear there supposed to go with the design is nice there plenty of room , it not like your knees will be close to the handle bars , you just need to locate one and sit on it and see how you feel
Awesome video!
I also have a short hair mini dachshund
Look for a video winter sooter beer run. A guy rides his Rukus on some very icy roads for a case of beer.
The most important factor. You had fun and shared it, excellent. 👍😁
Hi Jeff! Thats what I try to do with this channel :) thanks for the comment! - Colin

@@colinsview Yeah, as soon as the weather breaks I will take one for a spin. I read maybe the seat can be lowered also to help. Thanks!

Need a Mic so you can do some commentary.
That’s a great idea to make it more entertaining, thanks for the feedback!
