Love the vlogs!!! Also for your friend who’s baby sleeps in only 45 minute increments if she hasn’t already have her check her baby for tongue and lip ties, my daughter was the exact same sleeper, ended up having weight gain issues and I had low supply and she had severe ties, we switched to bottle feeding (I pumped and formula fed) and that’s when the actual sleep started, also our lives are very different I have only 2 babies (a 3 year old and 9 month old) and I’m a full stay at home mom so your mornings probably look very different then mine but I started this year literally January 1st reading my bible while I drank my coffee every morning and it’s been a game changer, I used to try to read at night and almost always fell asleep or decided not to cuz I was too tired!

As a woman living with endometriosis and other more serious chronic illnesses, I’d love to hear what you’ve learned.
