You just outdid yourself with this video, Lee! You move quickly, so I wind up listing to your videos, especially one like this, four or five times. I share your videos with gym members and friends involved in surfing and other water sports..
This was very helpful, thank you for always providing us with informative videos 🙏 seeing as how your clients are progressing with skills I will join your program soon. You are amazing🙏❤
I think of everything you've said on your channel that I didn't fully believe was how it really is 10 times harder than you think. Just the mental aspect alone is crazy. I've trapped out so many times with just 5 or less seconds left, but man does it feel great to know you held on a little longer than you thought you were capable of!
I love your videos. I have had 5 major abdominal surgeries and have and have mesh woven into the walls of muscle tissue s a result.I practiced capoeira for years prior to my journey through surgeries and am currently physically functional far beyond what doctors have told I would be able to do. My big question is bridges; loved these even after my first 3 surgeries but my forth gave me the abdominal mesh and have avoided stretching my abdominals that way ever since. I am not asking you to put yourself in any position of responsibility in asking whether or not I should train that movement pattern as that would be foolish and ethically ignorant of me. And the generic feedback of “ ask your doctor” is irrelevant as I have already exceeded their expectations. So, long and short of it- have you seen individuals with major abdominal surgeries progress in bridging activities? I realize if you say yes that doesn’t mean that I should start rigorous back bending; rather, affirmation would mean that I could have a reasonable foundation of ambition to gently, patiently explore that range of motion rather than fearfully avoiding it. If you are not comfortable responding to this inquiry I will not be offended. Given my studies in theological psychology,I have immense respect for the way you embrace consilience and systemic reasoning when clarifying what it truly means to live well as an physically embodied creature. Your content has been truly exceptional.

Hey Lee, my name is Paul & I've been watching ur videos for a while now. I can totally relate & understand a lot of the training modalities that u talk about. I'm in my 50's now but still want to be able to do some of the moves that younger people are doing. I'm currently based in Beijing China. Do u have a branch over there? I would love to start learning & practice some of those moves! Look forward to hear from you Cheers mate
I find your videos informative and I have subscribed . Could you possibly make 3 x 30 minute training videos including stretching and essential exercises - beginner, intermediate and expert? Your ideology is good and I would like to train along with such videos.
Do anyone know where do you start to get flexibility in your back? I know that once you’re able to bend over on your hands you can get strength via push-ups that way but what I didn’t realize is that I not able to bend backwards at this time even from lying on the floor. Please help!
Hi Lee, great videos - thank you. You're the first person I've come across who is in their fifties. I'm 56. My question is do you think it's too late for me to achieve a full splits? I've been training in karate all my life and am fairly flexible. But I have never been able to get to a full split. That's not strictly true as I once did a full side split when warming up for a competition fight in my 30's. I put it down to being so hyped up - as I never repeated it. Anyway I'd rather have the truth if you think the muscles just lack the flexibility once into our fifties. Thank you in advance.
I actually can't find it either. It was something I read a while ago. There's a study that shows risks as well. There's balance to all this stuff...no pun intended.

Where are you located or what gyms do they have like yours in New Jersey?
How many times a week should i train mobility? Or can i train it every day?
Been wondering lately what sports (if any) you favored coming up… combat sports? Ball sports? Extreme sports? etc
Martial arts, skateboard, aggressive inline, basketball, breakdance
Good content! The only thing is the random camera inverts are kind of jarring 😅
enjoy
I get forearm pain during pullups. Don't know why!
I went through that with long chin hangs

Flexibility decreases, and thus strength unless you do something about it
I was once told by a yoga teacher there's a limit to how flexible you can get if you start too old - do you agree with this?@@LeeWeiland
I've seen all kinds of stuff

How do you assess your students remotely? Do they need 360 degree camera viewing angles while working out?
You don't need crazy technology. Just people who know what they're doing.
What about knees??? Any links?
