I really like the look of this pack. It’s sleek and rugged at the same time but not rugged in a military way but more so that hint of old school outdoorsy vibe. Me like.

Nice Vid, Danny! I’m curious if you ever had the chance to review a life behind bars backpack. The materials they use (Cordura) and the price points they offer is hard to beat but there are very few reviews on them. Especially the peloton and new transition tote..

Great review. Really like this pack, & will definitely put it in my "someday when I'm wealthy" buy list, next to the Alpha 31. Those pouches look like a great stand-alone item for a lot of the bags I already have, though. I do have a backpack suggestion which happens to also be in this 20-30L EDC space, & that's the Chrome Industries Hawes 26L bag. It looks pretty cool, with well-placed pocket options & a new (?) system for adjusting the straps to better fit a wider range of people.

I believe the extra strap that goes from the back and down the front is just for compression if needed. If you look up the kickstarter about the bag, they have a pic that calls out that strap.

Some of the info may be out dated, like looks like they changed the material to Ecopak. I bought it off the original kickstarter.
