- 😎 😎 Honestly, the only time I really crave salads are when they’re covered in dressing and loaded with toppings. So this one counts, right? 😁 😁 Tho tbh this is honestly so much more than just a salad. It’s really a side dish that goes well with just about anything. Perfect for grill outs, great with steak, fish, or chicken, and it’s just good on its own for lunch. Either way, you won’t regret it. (The feta is *chefs kiss*!!) It also lasts several days in the fridge and only gets better with time, so you can definitely make it ahead. Anyway, it’s just a yummy, simple salad that’s good and good for ya. 👌

My favorite salad anytime of the year!!! I grow my own cucumbers, onions and dill, for making pickles.
I've been making this for decades. I use sour cream though. It does not keep overnight and as someone already noted, it gets watery.
