I like the Goku's ending, the Mr satan ending was funny and the cell ending remind me the old mortal Kombat ending were the bad guy destroy the earth and says "have a nice day"
I love how Cell just says "KA ME HA ME HA." with a period in his ending. Guess it makes sense with him being bored as the victor, maybe that means he doesn't even put his heart into blowing up Earth.

Sucks that the game had a bad translation team, but the endings are still pretty good.
