I picked up mine last June from Cyclesense York UK last June, with this lockdown miles are stacking up! Changed saddles, grips, just put a riser stem on too, as at 5’10” my wrists couldn’t handle it, as you say hope it doesn’t affect the handling, which is amazing. The whole bike gives you confidence, brakes are superb even when slowing from near 50 mph speeds. Difficult bit is trying to get the motor not to accelerate you up to 15 mph up every hill. Quite a bit of drag above our 15mph limit and gearing is a little low, but you get to use all of them. It’s a huge machine compared to our old Dawes tandem. Can’t recommend it enough! Love watching your vids.
Oh dear Bryan, you should leave the sarcasm to us Brits, nearly as funny as the often heard ‘she’s not pedalling!’ Serious note try one of the Gen 4 motors (if you haven’t) very little resistance at all. All the best.
Good to see you doing this review I’ve watched you on EBR with Court . I’ve been thinking of getting this tandem there’s nothing on the market that Comes close here in the uk I’m currently riding a thorn tandem with a 14 speed hub excellent bike but it’s not A ebike
Thanks! I think there are shops in the UK offering Moustache as well. This is the best one on the market at the moment from my perspective. Having a Rohloff on it would be pretty awesome. Technically it could probably be converted to Rohloff.
Rhys Statham I recommend a visit to the “Fully Charged” showroom, in London. I have had great service from them, over the last couple of years. Expert advice and no hard sell, but they have all you need. I think they have this tandem e-bike available for demo rides.
Kola Ajibade I’ve herd good reviews about Fully Charged unfortunately there 140 miles from where I live But there is a dealer in Cardiff South Wales about 30 miles away which would be better for me
Hi, in you videos you mention that you can swap the tyres out to more off road ones and remove mudguard but can you please advise how this can be achieved on the rear with the mudguard light being integrated to the mudguard and connected to the battery?. Many thanks in advance of info.
My wife and I rode a tandem for over 15 years. The bike was seriously (scary) fast downhill, quick on the flats, but an absolute pig on the hills. Having a motor will make riding a tandem much more enjoyable.
The electric assist is becoming quite popular in this segment. We have a lot of trouble keeping these in stock. This is the best electric tandem on the market from my perspective.
@@Propelbikes Personally Riese & Müller is my favourite Brand and their renewed Delites are something I love to drive. But also the Cargo bike area has some interesting new Brands like the Triobikes or the Johanson.
Thanks! I feel similar. I think the new Delite’s are going to be super popular for us next year, especially the standard Delite which may now open control technology to a whole new segment of riders. The Load remains my favorite cargo bike, but there are many exciting new entrants into the space. We’ll be publishing more videos from the show in the coming weeks.

Great feedback! I’m such a huge fan of this bike! Stay safe and have fun!
If you feel drag, speak to your stoker :P

@@Neil-ck7ud I am very much not a tandem novice. Kidding between like sorts.
Nice video. Hope you do more of them. Thanks.
Lin Ferry thanks 🙏 we have more coming real soon. Stay tuned :) let us know if you have any special requests
Small error at 3:55, stated the Thru Axle size is 12mm. However, it is shown on the fork... 15mmx110 and all the Moustache specs confirm this. Tks.

Propel Electric Bikes
yes I agree a 14 speed hub option would be excellent choice

Enjoyed the video but 100 mile range with no water bottles?
There is room and mounts in the frame for 1 bottle each, carry more in a bag on the rear rack.
Is it possible to wire up two batteries on a standard eBike to extend range? Thanks.
Short answer, yes it is.
how could i get one in Idaho?
Is it possible to purchase the custom chainring?
Not at this time unfortunately.
Propel Electric Bikes Are there plans to sell it or is it limited to the bike only? Thank you

love it, but can't afford $8,000
está bonita la vicicleta
I spent around $350 to make my $450 tandem electric. Why is this bike 10k?!?!?
It's got a nice paint job and has proprietary batteries.
OMG 8000$ for a tandem !
Have I seen someone of you guys at the EUROBIKE today?
Yes we were there for the whole show doing more video coverage and having some meetings. What were you most excited about at the show?

Why you tell every time how the motor works, same with the display? Make one vlog where you explain, not with every bike.
yo quiero una de esas quiero más información al gun teléfono para yamar
Dude over $10,000 for this bike...? Who in their right mind is going to buy that?
Do you still sell this?
