Purple MF Horn

Here's my original MF Horn from 1974, powder coated purple to hold it together, since it was falling apart. Thanks Mike Paulson....
Still plays great, as long as you apply the MF Protocol.... Ha! And, a Chase Tee Shirt.....

That's pretty groovy, Lynn!! I still miss the first MF ST302 I had:( It was stolen from my house! I've tried two pre-owned ones since, but they didn't play nearly as good....Thanks for sharing this and all your other insights!

Mike is retired..... Not sure powder coating is even used anymore in this unique capacity.... You'll need to do some research....:)

Prototype XPiece, .030" shallower than stock and with a slightly tapered 21 throat.... :)

I myself am trying to finish a horn in orange. I've tried the DupliColor Metal Cast with reasonable success, and even the UV curing chrome finish nail finishes. But I hadn't considered power coating. Hmmmm. 🤔🤔
