1. put butter in a pan and saute garlic, onion, beans, carrot, cabbage
2. add salt
3. add water
4. cover and cook for 10 mins
5. add capsicum and cook for a min
6. combine corn flour and add water (other bowl)
7. then add the mixture to the veggies
8. add pepper and mix
9. serve while hot
