    Terrible speech, I'm glad my dad who has (late stage) lung cancer has a kind and rational doctor. We don't need the doctor's emotional support forced upon us. Our doctor is helpful, friendly and skilled, that is all we need.

      I am sorry for your loss. But it is not fair to say that this was a terrible speech. We all have different needs
