Hello Michael,
if you have USB-C Macbook Pro or PC it can be charged through the PD input and Output port.
The USB-A ports can then be connected to any USB devices and will be connected with your PC/Mac.
In passive mode the power of the hub is limited to the standards of the power of USB ports.
We recommend to use the Stand Hub in active mode.
