You may have gotten a bad ultimate stand. I have two of them and I love both of them. Both are very sturdy and they don’t really move once you tighten them up. Not saying there aren’t better stands out there, but these ultimate support stands do everything I need them to do. And I definitely support your enthusiasm for zzounds. Awesome customer service, fast shipping and if you need to talk to someone, you don’t have to jump through hoops to do so. Awesome people with that company. 10/10 I’ll recommend them and 99.9% of my equipment came from them.

I am using the Magma Vector Stand and the big advantage is the fact, that the top part can be twisted with respect to the bottom part since they are connected by a single rod.

On the K&M, I believe there are rubber stops in the box that keep the laptop from sliding forward. That is what the 2 front slots are designed for.
Ok I run go buying the Pioneer. Period.

What’s up Pri?! It’s good to see you making a video and awesome one too. I have definitely had a hard time picking out which stand to get. I tried one from different brand and bothered me. So I went on and got the Pioneer DJCSTS1 and I love that stand. It’s adjustable at the bottom and top also you forgot to mention it’s also height adjustable. But I didn’t know if you knew? But if your gonna keep one of them for your studio keep the Pioneer DJCSTS1.

I use the On-Stage LPT5000. It's not just good. It's good enough.
König & Meyer actually is German. And the two dots on the o are called “umlaut”. Interesting video, was wondering how they compare to the crane stand though. I am amazed by the stability of the pioneer stand, that was really the most stable one.

What do you suggest if I prefer to use a mouse instead of the touch pad? Is there anything that connect to Odyssey stand for me to use my mouse? Also what external hardrive do use on that mini stand? Any recommendations for a reliable USB hub? Sorry for all the questions but I know that you know your gear! :)

I just had a look at the pioneer stand for home but what i was worried about would it be high enough away from My FLEX4 and FLEX 10? and not get in the way I also have a XP2 controller and it design for the XP2 I like every solid
Does pioneer DJ stand have adjustable height? I’m looking for something for 30+ inches tall to go bring my console desk so I can see my top console better. I’m existing stand laptop is blocking lots of channel eq and input trim knobs from view. My hands fit fine but I have to bend my knees tilt my head to see it
