Every fall we (the kids& I) always iron the leaves in-between the wax paper & then leave them in the wax paper& then hang the wax paper with a bunch of leaves inside in the windows. They make beautiful window decorations!🍁🍂🍁🍂
Love it! I love leaves! They are hard to come by here in Central Texas, until about November, but it's worth the wait. I usually use leaves, branches, acorns, tree bark, a several branches with red-orange berries. Thanx!
I want to know the same thing. I've watched a few videos ab out this kind of art project and no one has mentioned it... I wonder if, because the wax is only on one side of the paper, the other side doesn't get your iron all waxy? One guy put a pillow case around his wax paper, before ironing, but then my question would be "Does that ruin your pillow case"? ;-) haha

Thank you. I remember doing this in Kindergarten and now I want to do it for my Grandson.

So simple! Thank you!
Thanks !! My son has a project for 3rd grade doing this
Yes! Thanks so much for this!
Lovely
Every method I’ve tried so far has failed for me. I hope this one works for me.
I tried this and all I got was ironed leaves, having bought the wax paper for £5 I was disappointed!
Double check that you were using the waxed side against the leaves, as only 0one side is waxed.
does this reck your iron?

Yes but I use a cheap one
Not if you put a cloth between your iron and the wax paper. I'm using an old dish towel, and there's no damage to either the iron or the towel.
