Hello, I'm trying to reach some people doing playfights. I send an email but didn't get respons frow now. Does someone knows belgian playfighters? Thanks
Hello Sylvain, Thank you for your interest in connecting with fellow Playfighters. It's great to hear that you're looking to engage with the community. I understand that you reached out via email but haven't received a response yet. Sorry about that. Regarding your inquiry about Belgian playfighters, while we're actively working on expanding our network of facilitators in Belgium, we currently have an Immersion Playfight event scheduled in the Eifel region, which is approximately a 3-hour drive from your location. This might be a viable option for you if you're open to traveling. We acknowledge that the availability of facilitators in Belgium is limited at the moment, and we're dedicated to increasing our presence in the region. We're always enthusiastic about identifying new opportunities to bring Playfight experiences to Belgium. Feel free to explore the Immersion Playfight event in the Eifel, and should you have any further questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We value your interest and involvement in the Playfight community. In the mean time, you can always contact Betty from Bodywise (= facebook.com/rooted.in.yourself) who is located in Alken.
Aren't men and strong people in advantage in this practice? I'd feel bad to know from the beginning whi is the winner and I'd feel very anxious to know everybody is looking at me while I do it
I understand your concerns about Playfight. It's natural to have questions, and I'm here to provide you with some insights that might help address these feelings. Playfight isn't about winners or losers; it's a practice focused on personal growth, connection, and self-expression. While physical strength might play a role, it's not the sole determining factor. Playfight encourages individuals of all backgrounds and strengths to participate and engage at their own pace. It's also important to remember that Playfight is a safe and supportive environment. Everyone is on their own journey, and the focus is on self-improvement rather than judgment. If the idea of being watched or feeling anxious is a concern, know that everyone in the Playfight community is there to support and uplift each other. If you're curious to learn more, I'd encourage you to attend a session or engage in discussions within the Playfight community. You'll likely find that the practice is about embracing challenges, personal development, and building a sense of camaraderie rather than a competitive atmosphere. Feel free to ask more questions if you have them or explore further to make an informed decision that feels right for you.
