Sooooo glad to see you're back! Do you plan to do a series where you walk us through a simple upholstery project from beginning to end? It would be awesome! I don't even have a clue where to begin! Thanks so much!!!!
Thanks. We’ve been really busy with our online classes membership. With thousands of members they keep us busy. 😉. I love the sounds of lime green velvet. Where did you find it?
Hi, just recently found your channel since, I will hopefully resume my upholstery projects again. It looks like you are not making too many videos any more but I nonetheless wanted to express my appreciation for the videos you have made already! I have a 1930's french sofa and chair. I started in on the chair about 4 yrs. ago and I took an upholstery course locally too. Life, job, Covid and then everything else happened and now I am planning on resuming with the chair. I have a few other chairs to re-upholster too. I have some upholstery experience and I am a DIYer; sewer-hence I am not too afraid. Will probably sign up for your courses since I may need to consult on a couple of things. Well thanks again!
Thank you Kim. I have 2 slipper chairs that I have been wanting to reupholster for 2 years but too afraid to as they would be my first project. Thanks for giving me the courage to begin again.
You can do it. Just get started. If you need more guidance don’t forget we have our online classes membership which includes weekly live chats to ask questions.
I'm starting my eight-way tie Springs I need to buy the twine should I buy Italian flax twine or jute twine the Italian flax look like it might be easier on your hands but I need to know which one should I buy
You are so welcome. When you get started on your project we have our online classes membership with detailed tutorials and weekly live chats to help you.
I started out with simple cushion covers for a wicker set, moved onto breakfast room chair seats, and now I’m working on a set of four card table set with upholstered seat and backs. Not quite brave enough to take on a chair that requires upholstery and precise sewing cushions.
Thanks. We’ve been really busy with our online classes membership. With thousands of members they keep us busy. 😉. We’d love to have you join us in the membership
I didn’t realize we had it on the channel already. Well I hope the refresher can help those afraid to get started. We’ve been busy with our online classes membership and helping members grow their skills. What are you working on?
